Travel Expenses: All travel-related costs (e.g., airfare, train tickets, or local transportation) are quoted separately based on the event’s location.
Reservation Policy
To secure your date, a 30% reservation fee is required at the time of booking. This fee ensures the date is reserved exclusively for your event and covers the initial preparations.
Final Payment: The remaining balance is due 7 days before the event.
Flexibility: Should you need to adjust your booking, I aim to accommodate changes whenever possible.
Cancellation Policy: Reservation fees are non-refundable in the event of cancellation, as they cover the work and time dedicated to preparing for your day.
